As Exam Coordinator and Office Administrator, Stephanie holds a very
important role at the CCHRA. Her responsibilities include administering
the NKE and NPPA exams, executing administrative responsibilities, and
managing the finances of the CCHRA. She also supports the Manager of
Professional Standards, the Marketing and Communications Specialist and
related Committees.
Stephanie joined the CCHRA in May of 2007. She has a degree
in English Literature from Trent University and experience in
admin/data entry. Stephanie is bilingual.
With her determined work habits, Stephanie was able to take a
leading role in moving the existing office from Toronto to Ottawa,
learn about and immediately put into action the administrative
procedures relating to the exams, support the CCHRA Board and
Committees through meeting planning and minute-taking, as well as
assisting with the orientation of new staff members in the short amount
of time she’s been with the CCHRA.
Stephanie’s current goals revolve around increasing the efficiency
of the exam processes and minimizing response time to inquiries from
the public and member provincial HR associations.
