As Exam Coordinator & Projects Manager, Stephanie provides direct support for the CHRP designation and the HR Profession’s body of knowledge. This includes managing the overall administration of the NKE and NPPA exams and assisting member provincial HR associations with their certification and recertification activities as required. Stephanie’s commitment to continuously elevating the HR Profession’s standards is reflected through the support she provides to the CCHRA Standards Advisory Committee and Exam Board.

Stephanie joined the CCHRA in May of 2007, as the Administrative Coordinator. Since that time, Stephanie has helped the CCHRA to grow, including her current activities of coordinating the national exams, transitioning the exam services to third-party vendors, assisting in the facilitation of the exam-related panels, and taking on other CHRP-related duties such as assisting in the marketing of the designation.
