The Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations (CCHRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of William G. (Bill) Palamar, CHRP, to the position of Executive Director. 

Mr. Palamar joins the CCHRA from a distinguished career at Scouts Canada, most recently holding the position of National Director of Human Resources. His background also includes experience in organizational development, financial and operational management, and marketing and communications. Bill graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Social Work and York University with a Bachelor of Arts.

Bill’s commitment to the enhancement of the Human Resources profession across Canada has been demonstrated through his volunteer efforts with the CCHRA, the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and the HR Council for the Voluntary and Non-Profit Sector.
